Q: Where do you ship from and which areas do you cover?A: Our administrative and logistics coordination is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to the structural nature and weight of our storage products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Q: What are your shipping rates?A: We believe in simple, transparent pricing. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.00. For orders totaling less than $120.00, a flat shipping fee of $15.00 will be applied at checkout.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Your total delivery time is a combination of processing and transit:
Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 11 Business Days.
Please note that our daily Order Cut-off Time is 2:00 PM (Central Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and hardware included. We are proud to state that we charge No Restocking Fees ($0.00) for all eligible returns.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: Responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
Merchant Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the incorrect item was sent, TheShoeRackShop will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q: How do I initiate a return?A: To ensure your refund is processed correctly, you must first contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package, as our return facility is separate from our primary dispatch center.

However, due to the industrial nature of steel and wood manufacturing, a minor dimension tolerance of approximately ±0.5 inches is standard. Furthermore, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or the ambient lighting in your home. These natural variations are a testament to the authentic materials used in our storage solutions.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?A: While we pack our items securely, transit damage can occasionally occur. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of both the damaged product and the outer shipping box. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you immediately.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?A: To ensure the fastest delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Cancellation or modification requests must be received before the order enters the handling or shipping phase. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be intercepted, and you will need to follow our standard return process.
