We offer a straightforward 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking) to initiate a return request.

To maintain order and prevent lost packages, we utilize a strict Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocol.

Step 2: Our specialist support team will review your request and provide you with a unique RMA Number and the specific Return Address instructions.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Please do not send items back to the sender’s address listed on your package without contacting us first. We utilize specific logistics hubs for returns that are different from our dispatch points. Packages returned without a valid RMA or sent to the wrong facility will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

We want you to shop with confidence. Unlike many furniture retailers, TheShoeRackShop does not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved according to our condition guidelines, you will receive the full amount paid for the product (minus any original shipping fees). Our restocking fee is $0.00.
Once your return is delivered to our designated facility, please allow 1 – 3 Business Days for our quality control team to inspect the item’s condition.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
