Important Notice on Address Restrictions: Due to the structural dimensions and weight of our storage systems—which often include reinforced steel frames and solid wood components—we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Our primary carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) require a physical residential or commercial street address to ensure secure handling and successful final delivery of these larger parcels. We appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We believe in a simple and honest pricing structure. Your final shipping cost is calculated automatically based on your order subtotal (before taxes) and is clearly displayed at the checkout page.
The amount you see at checkout is the final price you pay for delivery; TheShoeRackShop never imposes hidden surcharges or unexpected fees.

Once your order has been securely dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and activated within the carrier’s system. If your order contains multiple items or pre-order products, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages; in such cases, the most ready items will always be prioritized and sent first to minimize your wait time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a 100% accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. TheShoeRackShop cannot be held liable for delays, lost packages, or additional re-routing fees resulting from incorrect address entry.
If the carrier’s tracking system confirms that a package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, we advise you to first contact the local carrier branch to file an official claim. While we are happy to provide supporting documentation for your claim, we cannot accept liability for packages once they have been officially marked as delivered to the correct address provided.
